What if something arrives damaged?
Count the boxes and note any visible damage on the driver's bill of lading before they leave. You have 7 days to report concealed damage. Email the signed bill of lading and photos to support@usacabinets.com and we process the replacement.
How fast will my cabinets arrive?
Ready-to-assemble cabinets usually arrive within a week, in 3–5 business days. Assembled cabinets arrive in 7–10 business days. They ship from our warehouses across the US.
Will someone help me after I order?
Yes. The same rep who helped you order stays on your project through delivery and installation, and after it, until everything is right.
Should I choose RTA or assembled?
Same box, same materials. RTA is our lowest price and arrives fastest; you assemble it. Assembled arrives ready to hang.
Is the 3D design really free?
Yes. Send your measurements or photos and an NKBA-certified designer lays out your kitchen in 3D with an itemized quote. No charge, no obligation.
